NO POINTS GIVING FOR ANOTHER PLAYER
For example:
Aqua: i wanna give my 3 points to StickyFingaz.
BioAdam: you are not aloud to give your points to another player

Ping higher than 250 = Kick from room.
Events can be hosted when there are 15 players online.
